Launch offer: request a quote October 1–31, 2026 (Austin time) and complete your first clean by November 30. One discounted visit per household; later visits use the standard rate. Crossed-out amounts are the scheduled starting prices from November 1, not a claim of previous sales. Starting prices cover the selected size and up to 2 bathrooms. Extra bathrooms start at $30 each. Condition, access, travel, extras, and any applicable taxes are confirmed in your written quote. Nothing is added without your agreement.

Brooke is the owner and the person doing the cleaning. Harrington Housecleaning offers the consistency of one familiar cleaner and direct communication from your first request.
They are starting prices for homes in the selected size range with up to two bathrooms. Brooke confirms condition, priorities, access, and any extras before giving you a written quote. For homes above 3,500 square feet, a custom plan may span more than one visit.
Submit your quote request by October 31, 2026, Austin time, and complete your first clean by November 30. The lower starting price applies once per household, subject to availability and the agreed scope. Crossed-out prices are the scheduled standard starting rates from November 1. Recurring visits after the first use standard rates.
You and Brooke will arrange access and discuss products and equipment before the visit. Mention delicate stone, specialty finishes, sensitivities, or a preferred product in your request. Keep pets comfortable and valuables secure; please share access instructions privately after booking.
Biohazards, mold remediation, pest cleanup, exterior or high-access work, heavy furniture moving, carpet extraction, and construction debris removal are outside the service scope. Organizing, dishes, and laundry are not included in the published packages. Heavy buildup or special requests need a separate assessment.
